Chrysler 300M Won't Start

Last night my 300m would start. No clicks, no nothing. It appeared like it was a dead battery. I tried jumping it. This time it would show lights and kind of turn over but wouldn't start. Bought a new battery and installed it. While taking the old battery out the alarm went off and suddenly the key fob was acting weird. Now new battery installed. When I first tried to start it all of the dash lights were blinking rapidly and nothing would happen. Now there are no dash lights on only the oil light. Not sure what to do. Any help?
