Mercedes C203 transmission problem

hello i have a problem with my c203 200 cdi .the automatic transmesion it dosent wwork . when i start the engin it work and when i stop in tha trafik the car look like its on "n" it dosent work on "d" on "R" and on the "tronic" whwn i swich off the engin its start again but this have the same problem in the trafic Do you have any idea whwn i diagnos in boch diagnos it cant find any error
