Help - 2002 Jeep Liberty

I have a 2002 jeep liberty a couple of months ago my water pump went out, I got it fixed about two days ago it started to over heat the radiator cap need replaced.check the reservoir had a small crack fixed it.flushed the heater core ran great last night.this morning started the jeep up started to town and the check engine light came on and now it stutters and hesitates like it's loosening power. Any ideas cause I don't have a clue
