Disconnect and Reconnect Battery - Now Electrical system is acting up. Ford Escape Hybrid.

I disconnected the battery cables to clean off some corrosion on the terminals last night. I then reconnected the cables and started the truck. But now the entire electrical system is messed up!!! In my research I'm finding that there is a Voltage Switch that I was suppose to turn off for Hybrid SUV but I DID NOT do this. So the radio and clock are set to random settings, all service lights are on, and the brakes barely work so it's unsafe to drive. Do I need to RESET the system? Is there a way I can get this truck back to normal without getting it towed to the dealer?
