Toyota Highlander Limited 2012 Navigation - how to turn Avoid Toll Roads off?

I researched the web and manuals and can't find how to turn that setting off. My navigator always avoids toll roads, and this often makes it useless. Will appreciate any advice on how to get rid of this behavior.
