Jeep Grand Cherokee electrical problems

after replacing timing chains/gears on my 2000 GC my ac does not blow cold air, and my alt. dont seem to be charging. Also the ground lead attached to the pcm, I cant locate just where to hook it up at, I attached it to the firewall. any help is appreciated
