Ford F-150 shuts down.

Truck developed miss in #6 cylinder a while back, replaced spark plug and coil pac but did not help. Replaced TR sensor on trans, mass air and oxegen sensors but still no change. Then suddenly @ around 30 mph / 1500 rpm engine dies. Will turn over but not fire off. Dissconnected battery cable for few min. Reconnect cable it starts, still missing but running. Start driving and it dies @ around 30 mph. Do battery thing again and restarts and will idle as long as i let it. What might cause this?
