97 Buick LeSabre brake part and repair

Does anyone know what this part is thats on the 97 buick lasabre kinda to the left of the rear tire, By the pic here, it is leaking out brake fluid and what are the correct steps to repairing it?

    It might be a pressure limiting device to prevent the rear brakes from locking up.

    So it's leaking brake fluid? First step would be to try to tighten it.

    But before you do that, clean it off with brake cleaner and make sure it is absolutely clean and dry. I've even gone so far as to wrap a leaking brake line with paper towels to see which connection was leaking.

    And lastly, if you have to ask, you probably don't have the expertise to do this job. Have some one look at it.
