2000 Chrysler Sebring Losing power!

I have Sebring 2000 convertible, while driving along the rpm goes to 0 for a second then picks back up , but other times it cuts off ,but will most of the time start back ! I have invested a lot of parts and money ,love my convertible ! PLEASE ANY SUGGESTION ??
