Why is ac cold but does not blow cold inside? Ford Explorer.

I have a 97 explorer XLT the ac is ice cold under the hood but it blows hot air inside I pulled the blower motor the door is open any ideas?

    when u say its cold under the hood what parts r you talking about? if you r referring to ice on a line then probably low Freon . also does it get cold if you are moving or does movement not change it
