Rusty parts on 2014 Acura MDX

I just bought a new 2014 Acura MDX. I found there are a few areas on
brake disk and behind it with apparent rusts. Called the dealership and they said it's perfectly normal for brand new Acura to have significant rusts like that in these parts. I'm no expert on cars but am a little bit concerned. Should I take the car to an independent dealership and listen to what they have to say? I'm attaching some pictures here. Hopefully people here can see them and help me with your honesty opinions.
