Is this a good 2014 Audi A6 Lease Deal?

Quoted Price: $55,710 (doesn't include $1500 Acura owner discount)
Acura Owner Rebate: $1500
Residual: 53%

Tax: 8.75%
Other Fees: $1300 (DMV, Bank Fee, Documentation etc.)
Audi pays first lease payment

I am being asked to pay $787/mo with $1500 drive off. Can anyone confirm if this is a good deal? Based on my calculations using Edmunds car lease calculator, it looks that I am paying at least $60/mo extra - but I could be wrong.
