Cadillac DTS Climate Control Display/Buttons not working

Hi everyone,

I just bought a 2005 Cadillac DTS with 55,000 miles. Most everything works but I noticed that there is hot air blowing on the floor in the front and I the climate control display/buttons are not working. Could this be a bad fuse?
