How to secure cigarette lighter console - unit slipped off gliders
I pulled out my cigarette lighter unit that comes with the lighter and a flip top ashtray. The wires are still connected since the lighter outlet works. But I'm having a hard time finding the right way to re-install the unit - it seems not to want to fit properly. It's hard to check what I'm doing because of the position of the lighter. The only way to see the underside of that part of the dash is with a mirror. I can't find any diagrams of the dash either. Any suggestions?
