Voice Commands - Acura MDX

Has anyone experienced an issue with voice commands. Mine are so screw up that several commands give the exact opposite results. Head Acura tech was able to witness it but to date has not called with a fix. I found that I could use my iPhone to do more with my commands than using the Acura system. What an expensive waste of money.
