Hyundai Santa Fe Rear differential cover plate
Does anyone know how to remove differential cover plate 
1st do these bolts have to be removed they seem like their part of the cover plate. The top bolts seem to have very little access or does the bracket under the differential have to be removed

The top bolts attached to the bar go to bushing on each side of the vehicle.
