2012 Buick LaCrosse Heads Up Display

Has Anyone else had there HUD die? Car is less then 2 years old 10500 miles and HUD died. Service adviser at dealer said he never saw one quit before. I'm sorry that it did because in the process of replacing it they had to dismantle most of the interior and they still need to replace some trim pieces they damaged in the process. If I knew they would nearly destroy the interior I would have gave it some more thought.
