Speed Sensor not found by computer after tune-up was done. Jeep Cherokee.

I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee that I recently did a tune-up on; plugs, plug wires etc. Afterwards the check engine light came on and my speedometer stopped working. Got it to flash codes at me one being 15 which is speed sensor not found by computer. I replaced the speed sensor located at the transfer case (4WD) and still am having the same issue. The new sensor came with a new plug and harness with the same color 3 wires orange, orange-white, and black. I took a meter to the plug and I get 2.41 volts with the orange and orange white combo. All the colors matched and I connected them via same color. Checked the rear differential no sensor there looked at the transmission and there doesn't seem to be one there. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
