I am getting Deal for Rav4 2014 LE (Base version)

down: $2299
Monthly: $99
Admin Fees: $300

Miles" 12K / Year

I don't have residual yet.

Is it good deal? Considering monthly payout it looks good to me. Let me know if there is catch I need to keep eye on.
