2004 Hyundai Accent Misfire

I have a 2004 Hyundai Accent. The car is mid firing on cylinder 4 still. Just did a full tune up on the car. Replace spark plugs and wires. Then I replaced the fuel injector also. Still misfiring! Also thought it could of been bad valves. Didn't look into it yet but I know it had hydraulic lifters. Need answers on what else I can look for. Thanks
