2006 Jeep Commander Check Engine Light

I have a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited. Check engine light is on.. The truck does not start up great. Slight hesitation then when accelerating it hesitates some more...

As it stays at about 60 You can feel it continuing to hesitate as you are driving. Only thing i really came up with was possible spark plugs?

Seems to shift fine. Just starting and hesitation when driving.

    did you get the jeep fixed or does it still hesitate on take off
