Toyota Celica Odometer Tampering

The gage cluster was switched out of my 94 Celica before I bought the car. I happen to be friends with the mechanic of the car lot I bought the car from. My friend (mechanic) has the original cluster that had came out of the car. There is no VIN # on either clusters. How can I match the original cluster to my car.
