2008 GMC Envoy goes into Idle mode everytime it is rained on.

We own a 2008 Envoy and we just recently have been dealing with an issue that everytime it rains, it won't run properly. We just had the throttle sensor replaced as they said that was the problem. $700 later and a rainy night and it is back to doing what it was originally. They (GM dealership) can't figure out what is causing it to do this. It's been in the shop for 3 days and all we've done is racked up a labor bill with NO answers. If anyone has ANY advice on what it could be or what can be done, we would be very appreciative. Also, are there any recalls on this model? We asked the dealership we took it to and they wouldn't inform us of any.
