Choice between older model Ford Mustang with lower miles or newer model with higher miles?

Hi,
This is my first post here and I don't know much about cars. I'm going to buy a mustang within the week and figured I would come here for some opinions.
Given mustangs from the years 00'-02' with mileages around 90k-110k and an 05' mustang convertible with 125k. What do you think would be the better buy?
The older ones I'm looking at are going from $3,500-$5,000 and I haggled the 05' down to $5,200 from the original $6,000.
I'm currently in college and want am looking for a mustang that will last a good while.
