Plastic molding bottom of exterior windshield

Can anyone tell me where I can get the plastic molding on the exterior bottom of windshield, where the wipre are supposed to rest? What is this piece called?

    That's usually called the "cowl".

    What kind of Ford - year?

    I'd try a local auto salvage yard if you have one nearby. EBay is another possibility if shipping doesn't kill it.
