When I use turn signals hear a high pitch whine, Also hear the same when using radio or backup assist. Will occasionally hear a pop when turning radio on then goes to the whine noise. Any suggestions? Thank You . It does change pitch when the engine increases or decrease in rpms. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In the 70s this sort of symptom was often cured with 'resistor spark plugs'. Not sure if that is done any more, butif you do swap plugs be sure to use only what is *exactly* specified/approved for the engine - maybe there is a 'resistor' option.
    - Before swapping anything I'd recommend comparison of alternator output with normal - maybe it is a particularly noisy/choppy "12" volts - that could be detectable by scope/meters that would be part of what the free-charging-system-check at most car battery shops.
