There's a lot to like about Edmunds' long-term 2014 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring. Not only is it a great driving machine, but it's also pretty dang good-looking, too.

I love the "soul red" color option. It's the best.

Definitely THE colour for this car. Combined with the off-white leather interior with black seat trim, it's a stunning combo.
The Soul Red colour in sunlight takes on a very radiating glow that's hard to ignore. It makes you turn back to look at it as you walk away.
I'm just not liking that silver on it. I wish Edmunds picked almost any other colour.

I bought my daughter a red one for college graduation. California blonde in a sporty red car, nothing better.

It's fine as long as you are not looking at it in profile, where the overly-long hood looks like it has been taffy-pulled and looks like it should house a big straight-six mounted longitudinally. Or from the front, where the big gaping grill & squinty little headlights make it more shocking than a Lexus IS. It's better than the last one but it is no home run in the styling department.

Hatchback reminds me of the old Infiniti FX35. Regardless, I love the styling of the new 3.

This is one of those few cars where I think the sedan looks better than the hatch. The hatch is overstyled and blunt in the back, whereas the sedan works better with the big schnoz.

@duck87, I actually kind of agree. I think the rear of the hatch needs to be restyled a bit. It looks too...crossovery.
