I do this with all new cars. At about the six months point, I send a letter to the CEO of the corporation or US division. Say what I like about the vehcile and what I don't like. Also any ongoing issues that should have been resolved, but weren't. Make recommendations for changes.
I did this with a Hyundai and the US CEO called me. Had a nice conversation.
