Fix clock in a Dodge Ram Van.

I have no manual for my 2000 dodge cargo van and do not know how to set clock on, there is a time button on left upper but it does nothing when pushed and or held. I would appreciate any suggestions. Sincerely Stan

Wrong year but this is how you do it on a '92. Here's a newer version for a Ram 3500. That instruction has the "Time" button so maybe it'll actually work.
