Need help placing bid on 2009 Toyota Corolla LE

I'm trying to get a new car as quickly as possible for a new job move to Boston and I found this listing on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/161435324714?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

It seems like a good deal at the current price, but I was wondering what I should bid up to in order to win and still get a good deal. The paint needs some work but that mileage seems pretty low which is a plus.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    TMV for a Ft. Lauderdale zip code, "clean" condition, would be $9,241 for a private party sale. A better deal would be closer to trade-in value, which is $7,911.

    You could likely find another one at a dealer for around $9,000, but it'll have close to 100,000 miles on it.
