    I would. Unless you can get one off the lot (which is hard, given the high demand), they won't get one for at least four months. Dealer allocations are slim.

    I agree with Carroll's analysis. While compact SUVs appeal to many small families, luxury compact SUVs like the Macan appeal more to childless couples than to families. The reason is primarily financial IMHO. Raising kids is very expensive. People who have to include kids' needs in their budgets will have a harder time justifying the cost premium of the Macan over, say, a Honda CR-V.
