Keyless Entry-programming

I have a 1992 Buick LeSabre and I have found a keyless entry box in the car and I would like to know how to program the hand held key pad. Also where I would find a wire diagram for the keyless entry. I was told that you have to ground a wire that comes from the keyless entry control box and where it would be located and the programming.
