98 Buick Century

I have taken my 98 Buick Century in for service 3 times to repair a problem with my engine surging. To date they have been unable to fix it. When the engine in warm, between 45 and 55 miles an hour the the engine starts to cut out. No diagnostic codes appear and some transmission parts have been replaced but the problem still exists. Any ideas? Experience with the same problem?
