Grand Am 2000 --- bulb replacement

I know this real dumb but i can't find out how to replace the head lights in my 2000 se1 grand am. the owners manual says pull on the fast clips or whatever but there is plastic holding it down. any help would be much appreciated. :) Thanks Guys

    It's not just a problem w/ the 00 -- I had the same problem with our 99 SE. Nice to know the owner's manual was still wrong a year later. We took ours to the dealer and had the bulb replaced under warrantee. Good luck.
