Turn Signals

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help. My turn signals were flashing slower than normal. I noticed that the rear left bulb was out. I replaced it, but they still are flashing slow. My next guess is that there is a problem with the turn signal flasher, but I don't know where that is located. The hazards are functioning properly. I own a 95 Pontiac Sunfire.

I'm new to this. I hope I did this right.

    The turn siganl flasher is located behind the dash on the right side of the steering column support. You will need a flashlight to locate it.
