    I know I'm spoiled with inclement-weather free southern California, and windshield washers become more important with slush and snow about, but that seems rather excessive to keep hassling you about it.

    I some pleaces people have to fill that tank up several times a day.

    HAVE TO. Otherwise, you cannot see. Yes, seriously.

    In the UK it is actually illegal to travel with an empty windshield washer bottle, so that's why the warning is a bit hyper.
