Our long-term 2013 Cadillac ATS has a pretty neat hidden compartment in the center console. What would you store there?

I keep next to nothing in my cars, so that's why I really don't usually care about the number and size of bins in a vehicle. But I get what you mean about the center stack storage area though, I feel like I would go through my house searching for something cool to put in there. I guess I could keep a small flashlight in there, as long as the metal against plastic doesn't rattle.

That is just plain cool. As for what I'd put in there... probably just my cell phone, charging via the USB port.

I would put a magazine or two for my sidearm if my job would let me drive a Caddy for any of the work I do. As for actual guns its not secure enough in my opinion.

Looks like a good place to put anything illegal. I would put my memory stick in out, though. And my golf glove

Some protection... just in case things happen in the back seat? ;-)

The answer for me is pretty easy. Plug an ultra-short Lightning cable into that USB port and that's where my iPhone goes. You can buy a 4" cable from Monoprice for less than $12: http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=112&cp_id=11213&cs_id=1083101&p_id=10557&seq=1&format=2
