    I'm surprised that it is that comfortable back there. This would be an advantage over other coupes, although irrelevant to me since I prefer sedans anyway.

    I'm 5-8 and once sat in the back of a friend's New Beetle (last gen) for a short drive. My head was just an inch or so below the hard metal bar that was the roof not covered by a headliner. We hit a speed bump and I hit my head so hard my teeth hurt. That turned me off of that generation of Beetle so I'm glad this one is better.
