    They bank on the fact that most people forget.
    Let me enlighten many, we have not forgotten about this mess and the cost to the American tax-payer.

    Cost aside, this scam removed many second-hand automobiles from the market place. Those would have been many of the same cars bought by the average middle American or a first time car buyer.

    This is as stupid as the "Shovel-Ready" jobs. I was almost in shock when the president and his pals were laughing when they said to the effect, " I guess the jobs were not so shovel ready." This from a man and his staff who have probably never used a shovel.
