    Wow. A government out of control. This is nothing but pure extortion. Another in a multitude of cases where the Holder Justice Department steals money from the private sector. They know that even if it is unlikely that the government can actually win a case that a big corporation would rather just pay out money and move on and avoid the (small) risk of losing and more importantly avoid having their name dragged through the mud by politicians. And yes I consider our attorney general to be a politician and not a law enforcement official.

    No one has ever proven an actual and correctible defect that would cause this issue. The problem is that when a company tries to fight back against accusations of wrong doing they end up being accused of criminal acts (as has happened here). It is a truly sad and disgusting situation that we find ourselves in today.
