    Update: The latest position from Safe Traffic System the manufacturer of the RideSafer® Travel Vest is as follows:

    Safe Traffic System, Inc. does permit the use of Inflatable Seatbelts with the Version 2 and Version 3 Ride Safer Travel Vests.     Version 1 Vests cannot be retrofitted with the ISB Seat Belt Guide.
