3,850 is not that bad for an entry-luxury sports sedan of this size. If they're going to charge you for the F Sport package with the summer tires and it still doesn't feel happy on a two-lane, that would be a strike against it in my book. For the base-model car, no, but...this is why you order the F Sport.

nice to see you guys reach the 20K miles on a long termer. Any final comments about how you feel about it as a city car? As a highway cruiser it looks like it fits the bill for the editors. Somehow this car made it through the year and I guess I didn't pay too much attention to it other than some of it's styling cues.

Tell me. What other mid-size luxury sedan would feel at home on a 2 lane winding road?
The 5 series? Nope, that's even heavier at 4000+ lbs. Same for the the A6 3.0T with it's numb steering and front-wheel-drive weight distribution. E--class? Worst of the lot..

Fact is, for this segment, the GS350 F-Sport is probably the best candidate for a winding road jaunt.
