I have driven a new Cherokee Trailhawk, though, and was suitably impressed. Not even a Wrangler, but it'll go places other crossovers cannot. That shovel nose provides a good approach angle, the Trailhawk model has good underbody clearance, a low-range transfer case and a rear locker. Those that will never drive on any sort of fire roads or moderate off-road trails won't care, so, yeah, the looks start to be a bigger factor there. And, there's a good deal of Italian in it, too, if you want to be accurate.
