This is fascinating data. I was wondering, though: are there more accurate sources of gender information than registration info? I would imagine that for many couples, the person on the registration is not the one who drives the vehicle most or who made the buying decision. For my wife and me, I'm on the registration for both our cars because I was the one doing the haggling at the dealer and signing the papers. But I didn't make the buying decision, and I don't drive her car much.
