    What is this "stop-and-go freeway driving" of which you speak? We don't have any stop signs or red lights on our freeways - ?

    ROFL @greenpony! I find myself monitoring the 'average' readout in our Escape to see how I'm doing too. In some cars, like mine, and evidently the CR-V, this is as close to 'instant' as it gets. I miss the instant readout from my GM vehicles.
