    One of the best angles I've seen for the C7 is shown in the top picture. Instantly recognizable as a Corvette, unlike some of the other angles I've seen more of. Nice pic.

    never mind fragile or complicated, I think you are getting the majority of the benefit of a convertible without the price, weight or stiffness compromises. How does it affect the ability to store stuff in the hatch (obviously, stored before you drop the panel in)?

    noburgers, the top actually mounts in the trunk in such a way that it pivots up so you can easily put some stuff underneath. Pretty cool.

    Points to GM for designing the trunk and the roof so well. But still the roof must stay on that is where it belongs.
