What I am looking for, if it exists, is something to give some added protection to the paint on my relatively new car. Is there any product that protects against the nicks that can come from road debri like tiny stones. My wife's car is a dark blue but by now the front end looks speckled from all the crap that has come up from the road over the years. When we bought her Audi the dealer offered some sort of Teflon coating that he said would protect it more. Our latest vehicle is a black Volvo. When I asked the dealer about such a product he mentioned something called Boomer Shine. I can't find much info on the web about it and what I have seen makes me suspicious. I don't know if there IS any way to protect the finish of your car from nicks from stones. I'd like to hear some suggestions.
