I drive a 2001 Toyota Tundra and would like some information preferably from the Toyota factory about converting the rear drum brakes on my truck to disc brakes. Can I use the rear disc brake parts off of a 2001 Toyota Sequoia. I would prefer the Toyota parts to some of the aftermarket kits which use Ford or GM rotors and calipers with adapters.

I couldn't see a listing for contacting Toyota

Any infor you could give me would be appreciated

    Richard

We purchased a used 2007 Lincoln Navigator L which has had 2 major throttle problems- 1 causing an accident as the car went out of control and Ford said "this was not caused by a throttle malfunction", then 4 months later after car is back on road, it happened again this week, luckily avoiding an accident and Ford is saying they will not do anything- here is the email quote "It appears that they are declining any assistance of any kind but he will explain to you in detail"- This is unacceptable...ARE ALL 2007 Lincoln Navigator L's at risk?? Does someone have to die for them to finally react? Didnt Toyota make this PR mistake? We are a family of 5, this is NOT RIGHT!
