    I owned a 997 carrera for a few years. I talked to several other 911 owners during that period, and spent a lot of time on 911 message boards. My conclusion; the break in period is like abstinence before marriage. Lots of people advocate it, almost no one actually complies.

    @wolvesq, thanks for sharing. The 991 is supposedly even better for daily driving, but really sport sedans are just so good at many things and more practical than maintaining an extra car. But the 911 looks so darn good...
