    I got all that same stuff with mine delivered at a dealer (Kerbeck in Atlantic City, NJ). Except I had no desire to take home the disposable cover and plastic wrap. I had the car delivered with real indoor and outdoor covers. (I especially like the indoor cover.)

    Actually not solder, safety wire, which is included with the rings. You can read more in the included track preparation guide.
